Return and Refund Policy - Delvanie

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and uninstalled, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To make a return, you can contact us at: boutique@delvanie.com. If the return is accepted, we will provide you with the necessary instructions and the return address of our warehouse.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards. Feel free to contact us with any questions about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for a new item.

30-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Fees

For defective products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any way.

For customer change of mind: Actual return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. This applies when a customer buys the wrong product, the item does not fit, or they no longer wish to keep it. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank may take some time to process the refund.
