You purchased online from Delvanie and changed your mind? You can exercise your right of withdrawal directly online, free of charge, without having to justify yourself and without needing an account.
Your right of withdrawal
You have a period of 90 days from the receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to justify your decision. The law provides a minimum of 14 days, and Delvanie voluntarily extends this period to 90 days.
Cancel the contract online
To exercise your right, open the form below. The process is done in two steps: you provide your order information, then you confirm your request. A timestamped acknowledgment of receipt is then automatically sent to you by email. No account is necessary.

After your request
- You immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email, with the date and time of your request. Keep it as proof.
- You return the product(s) without delay. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
- We refund you without undue delay after receiving the returned products, by the same payment method used at purchase.

Cases where the right of withdrawal does not apply
Certain orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal by article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, notably goods made to measure or personalized, perishable goods, unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, or digital content whose execution has begun with your consent.
In case of difficulty, you can use consumer mediation free of charge
